character aud gentle, kindly nature had won so much respect<br />

The <strong>Clan</strong> <strong>Society</strong> has lost a warm friend by <strong>the</strong> death <strong>of</strong><br />

Mrs Warren-Peury (n^e <strong>Lindsay</strong>), wife <strong>of</strong> Captain Warren-<br />

Perry, Perry ville, Kinsale. Mrs Warren-Perry was justly proud<br />

<strong>of</strong> her <strong>Lindsay</strong> descent ; and her interest in <strong>the</strong> <strong>Clan</strong> took <strong>the</strong><br />

eminently practical form <strong>of</strong> generous dv.nations on behalf <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />

sick and aged. The respectful sympathy <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Lindsay</strong>s goes<br />

out to Captain Warren-Perry in his bereavement.<br />
