07/108 Debbie Weller advised the Home Hopper account has £9998.34 and PTAG account<br />

£404.90 plus £1,000 being held on behalf of the Purbeck Bus Forum.<br />

13. ANY OTHER MATTERS FOR DISCUSSION<br />

07/109 VACANCY FOR MINUTE TAKER AND FUTURE CHAIRMAN - Members were advised had<br />

shown interest for the minute taker role. <strong>Chairman</strong> advised he would carry on but suggested that<br />

when meetings are held at Swanage, the chair should be from Swanage. All agreed on this action.<br />

At this point a presentation was made of a bouquet of flowers to Debbie Weller by the <strong>Chairman</strong><br />

who expressed his thanks for all the work done over the years in keeping the records straight.<br />

Debbie Weller thanked those present and advised she would continue to help run the Home Hopper<br />

and send in progress reports if unable to attend.<br />

07/110 FERRY ROAD PROJECT - Rachael Shefford had agreed earlier in the meeting to get an<br />

update for Peter Bowyer.<br />

07/111 Mike Hadly advised the consultation on the Local Development Framework was<br />

closing in December and as it is a 20 year plan, it would be necessary to feed into it. <strong>Chairman</strong><br />

advised PTAG <strong>com</strong>ments had already been submitted.<br />

07/112 Suggestions of where else to advertise the minute taker position included parish notice<br />

boards (advert already circulated to all parish council clerks), <strong>Chairman</strong> would contact County<br />

Council and Volnet, Helen Reed suggested Age Concern, POPPS and U3A.<br />

Rachael Shefford agreed to raise the issue of advanced warning signs of congestion at<br />

Studland beach at Swanage and Wareham with the Heritage Committee<br />

Rachael Shefford would research the water transport strategy conducted by National Trust<br />

<strong>Chairman</strong> would contact County Council and Volnet, Helen Reed suggested Age Concern,<br />

POPPS and U3A regarding finding a minute taker for the group<br />
