The Shaw Project Chemist per<strong>for</strong>med a review of <strong>the</strong> multi-increment soil data collected during<br />

all phases of <strong>the</strong> remediation activities <strong>for</strong> completeness, consistency, and compliance with <strong>the</strong><br />

project QA requirements. Following <strong>the</strong> review of <strong>the</strong> confirmation data packages, <strong>the</strong> Shaw<br />

Project Chemist prepared subsequent data verification reports that provided summary of findings<br />

with respect to <strong>the</strong> required analytical processes and procedures as specified in <strong>the</strong> QAPP<br />

Addendum (Shaw 2006c).<br />

The data verification process specified in <strong>the</strong> LCG was completed in accordance with <strong>the</strong> procedures<br />

referenced in QAPP Addendum (Shaw 2006c). The verification results concluded that all<br />

required data elements were reported <strong>for</strong> each sample, and that all analyses were in accordance<br />

with respective SW-846 methods and LCG requirements. Based on <strong>the</strong> level of review<br />

completed in <strong>the</strong> verification process, <strong>the</strong>re were no significant findings that impacted data<br />

usability <strong>for</strong> <strong>the</strong> intended purposes. The data verification reports <strong>for</strong> <strong>the</strong> multi-increment soil<br />

samples are included in Appendix F in <strong>the</strong> electronic attachment along <strong>the</strong> with <strong>the</strong> laboratory<br />

data packages.<br />
