All of <strong>the</strong> a<strong>for</strong>ementioned explosive<br />

compounds, with <strong>the</strong> exception of 4nitrotoluene,<br />

were detected at well<br />

LL1mw084. The well with <strong>the</strong><br />

highest concentrations <strong>for</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />

individual explosive COCs was<br />

LL3mw238. Trinitrotoluene and<br />

RDX were above <strong>the</strong> Region 9<br />

PRGs at both well locations. No<br />

propellants were detected in any of<br />

<strong>the</strong> baseline groundwater samples.<br />

3.2.8.4 In<strong>org</strong>anics<br />

In addition to MCLs and Region 9<br />

PRGs, <strong>the</strong> in<strong>org</strong>anics detected above<br />

<strong>the</strong> laboratory reporting limits were<br />

compared to facility-wide<br />

background criteria <strong>for</strong> filtered<br />

groundwater. Calcium, magnesium,<br />

iron, potassium and sodium were<br />

eliminated from this discussion as<br />

potential on-site contaminants<br />

because <strong>the</strong>y are considered<br />

essential nutrients. The following<br />

in<strong>org</strong>anic elements were detected<br />

above <strong>the</strong> reporting limits and<br />

applicable background levels:<br />
