As this table shows the GT <strong>RASCAL</strong> is lighter in both the GTOW as well as the upper<br />

stage gross weight. The GT <strong>RASCAL</strong> design carries five times the payload to orbit only<br />

using one more technology than the baseline, as well as a fourth stage. A size<br />

comparison of the baseline, GT <strong>RASCAL</strong>, and an F-15 follows as Figure 33.<br />
