Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has compiled a list of various
events that aliens may use to support a claim for benefits under the Patriot
Act:
(1) Office closures;
(2) Mail or courier service cessations or delays;
(3) Airline flight cessations or delays; or
(4) Other closures or delays affecting case processing or travel.
