1) On - the - Spot Poder Making Contest For the Hearing lmpaired<br />

a) Theme : "l Care, U Care & We @ Calabarzon care 4 Special Kids'<br />

b) Medium: Crayonicraypas<br />

c) The posters should be in a vertical position.<br />

d) The theme should be written as part ofthe poster.<br />

2) Spelling forthe Hearing lmpaired<br />

Categories: A) Elementary Ages - I n 3 B) Secondary - Ages 14 - 18<br />

a) Each contestant should have a piece of paper and pen.<br />

b) The Quiz Master will announce the word to be spelled and the teacher- interpreter will give the<br />

conesponding hand sign for the given word.<br />

c) Contestant will be given twenty seconds to write the word. Time will start after the hand sign was<br />

given.<br />

d) Only ten words will be given. Whoever gets the most number ofcorrect answers is the winner.<br />

e) ln case of tie, additional words will be given to break the tie.<br />

3) Spelling for the Msually lmpaired (Totally Blind) Using Braille<br />

Categolies:A. Elementary B Secondary (with contraclion)<br />

Age Limit- 15 and below 20 and below<br />

a) All contestants should bring with them slate, stylus and Braille paper'<br />

b) The Quiz Master will announce the word to be spelled and use it in a sentence twice.<br />

c) When the timer gives the signal GO, that is the only tme the contestants will write the word<br />

in Braille.<br />

d) 30 seconds will be given to the contestants to write their answer per number.<br />

e) Contestants should stop writing as soon as they hear the word STOP<br />

g) Whoever geb the highestscore is the 1d place winner'<br />

h) ln case oftie, additionalwords to spellwill be given to break-the tie<br />

1. Contestanb will be given questions in Addition, Subtraction, l\4ulliplication and Division<br />

for the Elementary Level and Problem Solving forthe Secondary Level<br />

2. For Category A, fve (5) questions for each operation will be given, a total of 20 poinb<br />

and for the Secondary, 5 questjons willbe given<br />

3. Whoever gets the highest score is the winner. ln case ofte, problem solving vrill be<br />

given for category A and additional problem solving for category B.<br />

5. Allgames offrcials and coachos are required lo attend the solidarity meeting.<br />

6. All sports competitions shall be governed by the lnlernaiional Rules of lhe game and also by lh€<br />

following ground rules:<br />

a. A d ivision team may ent€r a maximum of four (4) athletes in one individual ev€nt. (4 boys and 4 girls)<br />

b. An athlete can only compoto in one sports evenl. The alhlele oan partjcipate in several games within<br />

the sports evont namelyr single, double, team or relay. An athleto who played more than the maximum<br />

required evenb shallbe penalized by the cancellation ol one ol the highestmedals /positions achieved.<br />

c. . The coaoh shall be responsible in bdnging hislher athlete at ihe area of assembly before lhe aotual<br />

clmpelilion on limo to avoid disruption ofschedules and unnecessary disqualification<br />

area.<br />

d. Caregivers are given tho responsibility of keeping heir athletes in the designaied athlotes walting<br />

e. Only the l-lead Coach of the team may fle any ProiesyComplaint, elo. for the team. Likewise, lhe<br />
