Finding classes that first year wasn't always the
easiest thing to do. One might find a Physical
Education class down at the city pool, another at
the high school, a music class at the First Christ-
ian Church or maybe even an English class at the
home of one of the instructors. Nevertheless, a
strong school spirit prevailed, and it was great
being a college Freshman.
Two hundred twenty-five adults enrolled in the evening courses to take advantage of
the training program for community betterment and cultural enrichment.
