The first dance of the school year,
the Rat Dance, was held in the gym
the first week of classes. The highlight
of the evening was the crowning
of Kathy Barnett as Rat Queen.
Rat King was Richard Goddard.
The Blood Dance, occurring in
the conspicuous month of October,
was organized for the purpose of
encouraging donors to give their
blood to the L-SCC account. A donation
of one pint got a free ticket to
the dance. The blood was given in
advance, since no vampires or goblins
were present at the dance to
render their services!
