The new F9.51 Batch Controller is design to improve the accuracy of liquid
batching operations. The instrument always combines complex control
capability with easy calibration and operation. A completely new development
allows the customer to store up to 10 different batch parameters.
With F9.51 is now possible to batch different volumes and different
liquids in the same pipeline with the same accuracy and just using
paddlewheel insertion flow sensors!
The new programming solutions are able to reduce and simplify the autocalibration
operation and the setting of different batch volumes.
FLOWX3 F9.51 is now one of the best cost effective solution for batching
liquids.
Up to 10 different K-factors auto-calculated and stored
The 10 different batch volumes can be set and
stored with the instrument in Batch-View Mode.
After the first setting it is enough choosing the batch
number (from 1 to 10) to get the instrument dosing
the desired liquid volume with the calibration factor
(k-factor) specifically calculated.
For every different batch operation the best
accuracy!

The standard Auto-calibration function included in
all FLS flow monitors and batch controllers has
been slightly improved.
The new F9.51 can automatically calculate and
store the calibration factor related to each different
batch volume.
Every time a different batch operation is chosen,
the associated K-factor will be automatically used
by the F9.51 to guarantee the highest accuracy.
