Frequently Asked Questions Q. How long is our space reserved? A. Your party will be reserved for three hours. Simply Lunch Fondue is reserved for two hours. Additional time can be secured upon reserving. Q. Is there a room charge? A. There is no additional charge for the room or tables. Q. Do you accommodate vegetarian diners? A. Yes, party packages may be modified to fit most dietary requests and allergens. Q. Are table decorations available? A. Yes, we can decorate your table with long stem rose arrangements, helium balloons, place cards & Melting Pot gift bags. Q. Do you have a children’s menu? A. Guests 11 years and younger are $10.00 per child and guests from 12 to 16 years of age are $25.00 per young adult. Q. Is tax and gratuity included? A. No, state sales tax of 7.5% is collected & a gratuity of 19% is added to the final total, less tax. Q. Will my guests have a hard time finding parking? A. No, we offer complimentary valet parking for your entire party. Q. When must I tell you my final guest count? A. We ask you to guarantee the number of guests attending your event 72 hours prior to service. In the event of a fall off in number, a gift certificate will be extended in the amount of the difference. Cancellations must be made no later than 96 hours prior to the date. Q. Will I have my own personal menu? A. Yes, we will customize your menu with your company’s name, guest of honor’s name or any special heading.
