<strong>Enquiry</strong> <strong>Specification</strong> <strong>for</strong> <strong>Wagon</strong> <strong>Tippler</strong> <strong>with</strong> <strong>Side</strong> <strong>Arm</strong> <strong>Charger</strong> <strong>and</strong> Associated works<br />

2) Pumps speed shall be 1500 rpm. Electrical motor pump shall have<br />
25% reserve power over <strong>and</strong> above required <strong>for</strong> operating the<br />
pump at working pressure <strong>and</strong> flow.<br />
3) The number of st<strong>and</strong>by pumps shall be as follows:<br />
Up to 3 nos. working pumps : 1 no.<br />
st<strong>and</strong>by<br />
For 4 to 6 nos. working pumps : 2 nos.<br />
st<strong>and</strong>by<br />
4) The following cleanliness level of oil shall be maintained <strong>for</strong><br />
hydraulic systems:-<br />
Systems <strong>with</strong>out servo valves/ proportional valves:<br />
NAS.7.<br />
Systems <strong>with</strong> proportional valves: NAS.5.<br />
Systems <strong>with</strong> servo valves: NAS.4.<br />
5) All filters shall have ß ratio ≥ 200. the fineness of various filters<br />
shall be as follows:<br />
Hydraulic systems <strong>with</strong>out | Pressure line filters : 10micron<br />
proportional <strong>and</strong> servo valves | Circulat ion f ilters : 10 micron<br />
Return line filters : 10 micron<br />
6) The capacity of pressure line, circulation filters, return line filters<br />
shall be as follows:-<br />
a. Return line filters : 3 times of maximum return flow or<br />
3 times of maximum pump flow<br />
whichever is greater at ∆ p= 0.5 bar<br />
(total) in clean condition.<br />
b. Circulation filters : pump flow at ∆ p= 0.5 bar in<br />
clean condition.<br />
c. Pressure line : 2 to 2.5 times pump flow at ∆ p= 0.8<br />
filters<br />
bar in clean condition.<br />
All the filters shall be of absolute filtration design.<br />
7) Solenoid coil voltage shall be 24 VDC<br />
8) First fill of oil shall be in the bidder scope of supply.<br />
The specification of hydraulics as indicated above shall be applicable <strong>for</strong><br />
hydraulic drives of wagon tippler, side arm charger, stacker <strong>and</strong> bucket<br />
wheel reclaimer.<br />
