The repetitions here are, as expected, mostly to do with the nations'
onslaught against Jerusalem. Thus we find: rro, *ps, onr (as spoil; as
being refined 13.9; cf. the table for 9.11-11.3 for silver), ep» (of all
nations/peoples of the earth), battle horses smitten with plague, "in*
(noun and two different niphal verb forms). These serve to draw
attention to the similarity between chs. 12.1 and 14.1. The lin
between 13.8-9 and 14.2, 14 ("in', rpD + unr) is more tenuous, since
the words are used differently.
As previously, many of the words must be discounted: np1?, D'Cfa,
irp, "ip 11 , 1 3~ip, pcfto, n^on, ITTT. This leaves a miscellaneous collection
of words:

inK seems to be important, but its significance is hard to specify. Is
there, for example, an intended connection between the 'one day' of
14.7 and 3.9, and the 'one month' of 11.8, and/or the 'one stone' of
3.9, and even the 'one woman' of 5.7?
nnstdn, is used of various families within Israel in ch. 12, and of the
earth/Egypt in 14.17-18. Egypt seems to be a representative enemy
here and in v. 19, where it is also parallel to 'all nations'.
upn is used of the Valley of Megiddo, and the Valley of the Mount
