Posted when an error occurs that while a capture
session is running prevents input media from
being previewed or captured. The notification
user info dictionary QTCaptureSessionErrorKey
entry contains an NSError object that describes
the error that prevented the session from
running properly. Normally, such errors are
caused by an invalid configuration of inputs and
outputs.
