PAR VALUE represents the per share value that is arbitrarily assigned to the stock by the company
issuing the stock. It is the nominal or face value of a security.
For companies with more than one type of common/ordinary share, the par value shown is for the share
type identified in field 6005 - Type of Share.
Data for this field is generally not available prior to 1991.
This item is also available at the security level for 1991 and subsequent years.

PARENT AUDITORS & AFFILIATES represent the names of the auditor or auditors and their affiliate(s),
employed by a company to examine its financial records. The Affiliate fields show the name of the local
auditor or auditors who examined the company’s books. The Parent Auditor fields show the name of the
international accounting firm or firms to which the local auditor or auditors are affiliated. The fields are
defined as follows:
