• All are permanent workers, have been working to company for 10 and 25 years respectively.<br />

• Since already move to become permanent workers, they are provided with letter of assignment<br />

• Copy of contract provided, said understand term and conditions of the contract<br />

• Assistant explained term and condition of the contract<br />

• Basic salary of 1,008,000 rupiah; total earning per months around 1,200,000 to 1,400,000<br />

• Able to save, even two of his children now enrolled in university<br />

• Salaries advised by manager should there is new standard issued by company<br />

• Detail of salary given at pay slips, said understand pay slips<br />

• Working time: 0700 to 0200, one hour rest, and back to work again between 0300 to 0500 pm<br />

• Company provides free PPE e.g. apron, goggle, rubber glove, rubber booth, and mask. If lost or<br />

damages, company will replace the PPE, but normally only two pair of PPE provided, said it is<br />

enough for them<br />

• Clean water in field is provided. Mixing done in store, done by one of the most senior worker. No<br />

supervisor in field to ensure good spraying practices.<br />

• Monthly medical checkup in clinic, annual CHRA in hospital, no female sprayers in KRE.<br />

• Medical checkup did not found any serious problems, so far, they will be notified if there is any<br />

problem found<br />

• Safe work practice training and training of the jobs is provided by company<br />

• Holiday leave for 12 days per years<br />

• Medical treatment is free for the sprayers and their family members<br />
