RAK <strong>Porcelain</strong> <strong>Europe</strong> and its distribution networks offer you a<br />
limited <strong>warranty</strong> covering chipping for the following products of<br />
the Classic Gourmet, Line Z, Playa, Pixel, Banquet,<br />
Metropolis, Leon, Rondo, Ska, Tweeg, Castello, Yasmeen,<br />
Bahamas 1 & 2, Babylon and Emy collections.<br />
We will replace any of those items that have rim chips, on the<br />
condition that the complaint is addressed to the distributor within<br />
5 years from the date of purchase. To benefit from this limited<br />
<strong>warranty</strong> service, you need to return the form together with proof<br />
of purchase (invoice) to the indicated address within 30 days of<br />
the date of purchase.<br />
This limited <strong>warranty</strong> is only valid for the normal use of the<br />
products. The <strong>warranty</strong> does not cover breakage or damage<br />
arising from misuse or non-ordinary use of our products.<br />
