could be banks, industries, NGOs, citizen forums, special government <strong>of</strong>fices, local<br />
governments etc.<br />
9.3 LINKAGE BETWEEN THE IUC AND ITS REGIONAL HUBS<br />
Basic linkage between the regi<strong>on</strong>al hubs and IUC will be through the representati<strong>on</strong><br />
in the Executive <strong>of</strong> IUC. The decisi<strong>on</strong> <strong>of</strong> IUC is expected to be in tune with the needs <strong>of</strong> the<br />
regi<strong>on</strong> and further the style <strong>of</strong> implementati<strong>on</strong> <strong>of</strong> IUC could be modulated by the variati<strong>on</strong>s<br />
<strong>of</strong> the boundary c<strong>on</strong>diti<strong>on</strong>s <strong>of</strong> each regi<strong>on</strong>. This model also could provide the scope for<br />
innovati<strong>on</strong>s <strong>of</strong> various regi<strong>on</strong>s to be c<strong>on</strong>sidered as a central hub for implementati<strong>on</strong> at<br />
nati<strong>on</strong>al level. Further, it will also helps minimizing efforts in the formulati<strong>on</strong> <strong>of</strong> modules<br />
that are applicable to all regi<strong>on</strong>s.<br />
