Late C18, early C19. Two and a half storeys. Coursed rubble. Slate<br />

I mansard roof. Two w<strong>in</strong>dows, segment heads and 3 dormers, all 3-light casements.<br />

Early to mid C19. Two and a half storeys, rubble with slate mansard roof.<br />

Two brick chimneys. Two dormers. Two w<strong>in</strong>dows, C19 sashes, bays on ground<br />

I floor. Arched doorways to left with modern doors and pla<strong>in</strong> fanlights.<br />

Included for group value.<br />

It Front circa 1800 (<strong>in</strong>corporat<strong>in</strong>g earlier structure, see <strong>in</strong>dications of<br />

*. steeper pitch gable to west). Front said to be by Nathaniel Dyer who<br />

was buried <strong>in</strong> the garden 1833. Two storeys, ashlar-built with block modillion<br />

course and block<strong>in</strong>g course to stone tile roof. One+three w<strong>in</strong>dows, 3 w<strong>in</strong>dow<br />

| section has flank<strong>in</strong>g shallow 2 storey bays and central columned brick<br />

portico and 6 panel door, C19 sash w<strong>in</strong>dows. Left hand bay slightly set<br />

back and bl<strong>in</strong>d. Return to east has ramped up parapet and attic, 2 attic<br />

w<strong>in</strong>dows bl<strong>in</strong>d with sash rebates, a 2 storey segmental bow to right, irregular<br />

2 w<strong>in</strong>dow fenestration to left. Project<strong>in</strong>g gabled w<strong>in</strong>gs to rear.<br />

Interior: front roomi to right has fireplace with Pr<strong>in</strong>ce of Wales' feathers<br />

3 motif to caps.<br />
