Early-mid C18. Traditional cross gabled Cotswold cottage. Rubble with<br />
R stone tile roof and saddlestones. Modern casement w<strong>in</strong>dows, one to each<br />
gable. Slight extension to left with half dormer over door which has<br />
a chamfered surround. Two storey mid C19 one w<strong>in</strong>dow extension to left.<br />

rear. Gable lit attic.<br />

Diagonally set panels for gate piers. Ashlar end piers with arched panels<br />
I and moulded capp<strong>in</strong>g. Small gate flanked by ashlar piers. Enclosed by<br />
walls <strong>in</strong> coursed rubble. Further entrance from north not of special <strong>in</strong>terest.<br />
