INSTRUCTION BOARD FOR CHARGING SYSTEM.<br />
The Instruction board adopts the real components of<br />
charg<strong>in</strong>g system to illustrate charg<strong>in</strong>g system<br />
structure and work<strong>in</strong>g pr<strong>in</strong>ciple. The components are<br />
rigged onto colour circuit diagram. And made<br />
functional.<br />
Features<br />
1. Real and operatable Charg<strong>in</strong>g system such as<br />
alternator, meters etc is assembled onto a colour<br />
pr<strong>in</strong>ted board to illustrat<strong>in</strong>g the structure and<br />
work<strong>in</strong>g process .<br />
2. The alternator will be coupled electric motor,<br />
and the necessary electrical circuitry will be<br />
provided along with warn<strong>in</strong>g lamp, ignition switch,<br />
voltage meters etc., to demonstrate the work<strong>in</strong>g of<br />
charg<strong>in</strong>g system.<br />
3. And exploded view arrangement of an alternator assembly will be displayed on the<br />
board.<br />
4. Coloured circuit diagram on the tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g Module pr<strong>in</strong>ted on to 6mm organic glass<br />
base. Where <strong>in</strong> the students can compare the diagram and actual diagram.<br />
5. Detection term<strong>in</strong>als for operator to detect various sensors, actuators, electrical<br />
signals for eng<strong>in</strong>e control unit, such as resistive, voltage, current , frequency and wave<br />
form signals are provided on to the pr<strong>in</strong>ted circuit diagram.<br />
6. Fault sett<strong>in</strong>g switch bank will be provided to <strong>in</strong>duce faults <strong>in</strong> the tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g module to<br />
demonstrate the fault and to diagnose faults.<br />
7. Set the l<strong>in</strong>e break, ground<strong>in</strong>g short circuit, improper contact or open circuit faults<br />
can be <strong>in</strong>duced, user can adjust the number and type of faults.<br />
8. The tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g module is fabricated us<strong>in</strong>g steel pipe frame with spray pa<strong>in</strong>ted for good<br />
looks and the entire setup is provided with caster wheels with brakes for easy movement<br />
of the same.<br />
