Drawing on our experience in the Ballast Water treatment sector, Filtersafe® is proud to offer established and proven marine-based technology to the Offshore industry. We understand that clean water is essential to maximize the productivity of the producing oil reservoir. For instance, suspended solids have major negative effects on the permeability of the oil well, which results in significant reduction in oil production and the lifetime of the producing well. Due to Filtersafe’s successful performance in separating suspended solids from sea water down to 20 micron and especially with removal of Zooplankton and Phytoplankton our filtration systems are highly useful for well water injection water, pre-filtration for RO systems and other applications related to the offshore industry. 2
