Apple Appreciation Days begin this month. In addition, we celebrate Eat an Apple Day (Sept. 15),<br />
Apple Dumpling Day (Sept. 17), and Johnny Appleseed's Birthday (Sept. 26). No wonder September<br />
is <strong>the</strong> "apple <strong>of</strong> our eye."<br />
