Description:
An erect, glandular, pubescent low growing subshrub reaching at the height of 40
cm, much branched woody at the base, leaves narrow elongated with soft hairs.
Flowers purple or bluish purple.
Flowering Period:
August to October.
Habitat:
Tough xerophyte. Found in gravel, stony slops especially
on foothills.
Uses:
The plant is grazed by livestock.
Distribution:
Southern Pakistan (Karachi, Khirthar range, adjacent
parts of Balochistan) and Somalia.
