Elecampane root 1 qt. boiling water Combine herbs and pour water over. Cover and steep for 20. mins. Strain out herbs. Drink a few times a day. Cold & Flu Tea 1/2 tsp. echinacea root 1/2 tsp. hyssop 1/2 tsp. elder flowers 1/2 tsp. peppermint 1/2 tsp. yarrow 1/2 tsp. shizandra berries 1 qt. boiling water Combine herbs and pour water over. Steep 20 mins., strain out herbs. Coughs-Upper respiratory 1 tbsp dried peppermint 2 tsp. dried thyme 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper 2 cups boiling water Put herbs in a pot. Pour in water and steep for 5 mins. strain. Add the ginger tea and sip slowly. For feverish Colds 1 tsp. dried crushed rosehips 1 tsp. dried sage 1 tsp. dried peppermint 1 cup boiled water Put herbs in pot. Pour water over, cover, steep for 10 mins. Strain.
