James Forni<br />
Coach Forni is heading into his 9th season as<br />
head coach at Casa Grande High School. In<br />
his 8 years as head coach the Gauchos have<br />
compiled a record of 138-91. The Gauchos<br />
have made the section playoffs in 6 out of<br />
last 8 seasons, and have 2 Sonoma County<br />
League Championships (2005-06 and 2010-<br />
11). In the last 8 seasons, the Gauchos<br />
have produced 26 All Leaguers, 12 Press<br />
Democrat All Empire Players, 6 SF Chronicle<br />
All Metro Players, and 4 League MVP’s. The<br />
Casa tradition is based on academics, hard<br />
work, accountability, and family.<br />

Nick Iacopi<br />
Coach Iacopi is entering his fourth season<br />
with the Gaucho program (his third as head<br />
frosh Coach). Coach Iacopi runs camps and<br />
clinics for the <strong>North</strong> <strong>Bay</strong> <strong>Basketball</strong> <strong>Academy</strong><br />
as well as Educated Shot. Coach Iacopi’s<br />
frosh teams have placed second (2010-11),<br />
and last year won the league title. Coach<br />
Iacopi is an intrical part in the development<br />
of future varsity players for the Gaucho Program.<br />

Camp, we teach more than just<br />
basketball. We will help kids<br />
develop a winning attitude, learn<br />
good work habits, understand the<br />
importance of the fundamentals,<br />
and more importantly, learn the<br />
benefits of always doing their<br />
best. Campers will be taught the<br />
fundamentals of the game by<br />
Casa Grande <strong>Basketball</strong> Coaching<br />
Staff, as well as current and former<br />
players.<br />
Camp Waiver :<br />
I hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify and agree to<br />
hold harmless the <strong>Big</strong> <strong>House</strong> <strong>Hoops</strong> <strong>Basketball</strong> Camp,<br />
its staff, suppliers, sponsors and participants or Petaluma<br />
City School District for any injuries or illnesses incurred<br />
while at camp. I acknowledge that injuries or accidents<br />
may occur while attending this camp. I give my approval<br />
