James Forni
Coach Forni is heading into his 9th season as
head coach at Casa Grande High School. In
his 8 years as head coach the Gauchos have
compiled a record of 138-91. The Gauchos
have made the section playoffs in 6 out of
last 8 seasons, and have 2 Sonoma County
League Championships (2005-06 and 2010-
11). In the last 8 seasons, the Gauchos
have produced 26 All Leaguers, 12 Press
Democrat All Empire Players, 6 SF Chronicle
All Metro Players, and 4 League MVP’s. The
Casa tradition is based on academics, hard
work, accountability, and family.
Camp Director
Nick Iacopi
Coach Iacopi is entering his fourth season
with the Gaucho program (his third as head
frosh Coach). Coach Iacopi runs camps and
clinics for the North Bay Basketball Academy
as well as Educated Shot. Coach Iacopi’s
frosh teams have placed second (2010-11),
and last year won the league title. Coach
Iacopi is an intrical part in the development
of future varsity players for the Gaucho Program.

At Big House Hoops Basketball
Camp, we teach more than just
basketball. We will help kids
develop a winning attitude, learn
good work habits, understand the
importance of the fundamentals,
and more importantly, learn the
benefits of always doing their
best. Campers will be taught the
fundamentals of the game by
Casa Grande Basketball Coaching
Staff, as well as current and former
players.
Camp Waiver :
I hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify and agree to
hold harmless the Big House Hoops Basketball Camp,
its staff, suppliers, sponsors and participants or Petaluma
City School District for any injuries or illnesses incurred
while at camp. I acknowledge that injuries or accidents
