48 OREGON GAME BIRD STAMPS Mallard by Robert Steiner Columbian Sharp-tailed Grouse by Jeffrey Klinefelter Game bird stamps will not automatically be mailed to hunters. To receive game bird stamps, hunters with game bird validations on their license will need to use the mail order form at the bottom of this page. Game bird validations are printed on the hunting license, so it is no longer required that state hunting stamps be carried in the field . As a courtesy for several years ODFW had continued to mail the stamps to hunters each spring . However, some hunters are not interested in receiving the stamps . This, coupled with increasing production and mailing costs and mandates for all state agencies to reduce operational costs, prompted ODFW to begin a program where hunters with game bird validations can request stamps at no additional charge . This program saves a substantial amount of money which is used for programs such as game bird population surveys and habitat development . To request your game bird stamp(s), please use the mail order form below . cut here _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ cut here 2012/13 GAME BIRD STAMP MAIL ORDER FORM Send my stamps to: Name: Date of Birth: Address: 2012 Oregon Waterfowl Stamp 2012 Oregon Upland Game Bird Stamp City: State: Zip: Phone: Hunting License Number: Please send me, at no extra charge, the 2012/13 stamp(s) indicated below Resident Waterfowl Bird Stamp Fill in your Resident Waterfowl Validation No . __ 1 _ 2- __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ - __ Resident Upland Game Stamp Fill in your Resident Upland Game Bird Validation No . __ 1 __ 2 - __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ - __ Nonresident (Both Stamps) Fill in your Nonresident Game Bird Validation No . __ 1 __ 2 - __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ - __ I would like information on how to purchase additional stamps .
