The Story So Far 

Harlequins ranks among the most prestigious 

clubs in world rugby. The famous quartered 

shirt is instantly recognised by supporters 

around the globe and The Twickenham Stoop 

is rated among the most popular club rugby 

venues not just in the United Kingdom but 

also in Europe. 

The values of “passion, commitment and 

excellence both on and off the pitch” that 

have underpinned the club’s achievement in 

winning the Amlin Challenge Cup and Aviva 

Premiership in successive seasons, will be to 

the fore once again as the team competes in 

this season’s leading domestic and European 

tournaments.

We have been Diamond Box holders at The Twickenham 

Stoop for 5 seasons now and I have to say it continues to be 

one of the best hospitality experiences on the sporting 

circuit. The position of the boxes is second to none, providing 

excellent views of the action on the pitch. 

The intimate atmosphere that the box offers also provides 

an excellent space for us to entertain our clients. The 

service is exceptional and the food and drink on offer is

Your match day experience is tailored to your needs, whether this is 

providing the ideal environment to entertain clients or friends and family. 

A box is not just an exclusive position to view the game; our Diamond Club 

members are part of the Harlequins family, not only bringing the action on 

the pitch to life with post match visits from one of our players, but also 

offering you the opportunity to use your box outside of match days too. The

halfway line seats in the LV= Stand. Hosted in the Legends Lounge 

Restaurant overlooking the heart of the action on the pitch, there is no 

finer view for business or pleasure. 

Enjoy a delicious, sophisticated three-course lunch, and gain an insight 

into the upcoming fixture with a behind-the-scenes pre-match talk from 

one of our coaching team. 

Within a private members club atmosphere, you have the opportunity 

to network and build relationships with other members and peers.

With the popularity of the Diamond Club we only have limited numbers 

of boxes throughout the season for individual match use, ensuring your

Big Game 5 

Introduction 

On Saturday 29th December, Harlequins return to the home of England 

Rugby for The Big Game 5. Local rivals London Irish provide the opposition 

in a repeat of Big Game 3 where Harlequins came out 28-18 winners. Last 

season, a packed Twickenham was treated to the musical talents of Killer 

Queen, X-Factor finalists Amelia Lilly and Misha B as well as classical 

crossover singer Camilla Kerslake, and this year, another sell-out crowd of 

82,000 is expected for what is sure to be one of the highlights of the London 

Christmas calendar.

To celebrate our historic links with London and The City, Harlequins 

venture into Central London for an intimate dinner. Previous venues have 

included The Brewery, Harrods, The Banqueting House, Le Bouchon Old 

Spitalfields and most recently Altitude 360. 

This year the “Harlequins London Dinner’ will be held on Tuesday 4th 

December, and will be a great opportunity to enjoy an evening with 

Harlequins, family, friends and clients. 

The evening’s emphasis on great food, wines, rugby banter with special 

guests from the world of entertainment and sport, has seen the Dinner 

become a yearly sell-out success. Early booking is heartily recommended. 

End of Season Awards Dinner Dance 

7 th May 2013 

Historically one of the most prestigious evenings in the Harlequins Events 

calendar, the “End of Season Awards Dinner” blows the final whistle on the 

club’s achievements over the year. With the trials (and tribulations) of the 

season still fresh in our minds, the event provides a perfectly spectacular 

setting to raise a glass and celebrate the season’s successes. 

Former venues include Battersea Power Station, Grosvenor House on 

Park Lane, InterContinental Hotel Park Lane, and in recent years we have 

been fortunate to include entertainment from Strictly Come Dancing and 

MasterChef; this year will be just as exciting. 

You can expect to be hosted by high calibre rugby pundits with previous hosts 

such as John Inverdale and Mark Durden-Smith. Join us with pride as our 

season’s highlights, player awards and guest speakers, alongside fabulous 

food and wine, combine to make this the ultimate Harlequins event!
