To make a concrete waterer that will last through years of use, you need the
best in concrete technology matched with the best of components.
Air entrained concrete and superior attention to quality control throughout the entire precast process is the key to Cancrete ®
durability. Air entraining produces microscopic air pockets that allow any moisture in the concrete to expand and contract
in these pockets, not in the concrete itself. The result is a super strong hull that can weather the freeze / thaw cycle without
cracking. It’s no big secret, just a lot of hard work and attention to the details.
NOTES:
• Cancrete ® bowls can be set up with Electrics, Continuous Flow, the ICE SWEEPER or Concrete Insulated Bowl only.
• Shipping weights are approximate.
• Dimensions are taken from measurements of the base of the hull, height is to top of drinking lip on bowl.
• All standard models are 110v.
• Standard valve assembly is 3/4” Valve W/6” Stainless Ball. Model C450 + larger use a 1” valve. Hawkeye plastic valves and plastic floats are available on request.
• The reason for two sets of specifications on “number of head” is Cows drink in groups therefore more open bowl space is required to reduce fighting and possible injury.
• Water bowls are mechanical items that require some adjusting & tweaking as all water, water pressure, and water quality is not the same in every area.
• If your bowl freezes below ground level it has nothing to do with the bowl. Contact us and we will tell you how to fix it.
• Warranty does not apply to bowls hit with a front end loader or “any” other damage done to the hull.
• Warranty void if a proper lifter or lifters are not used to place bowl.
