The second trade mark in the series is limited to the colours red and black as shown in the
representation on the form of application.
It is a condition of registration that the blank space in the mark shal shall, when the trade mark is in use in
relation to the goods of the present application either be left vacant or be occupied when the mark is
in use, be occupied only by matter of a wholly descriptive and non non-trade mark characters.
Meat, poultry, game, sausage, age, fish, seafood, including all the aforesaid goods being preparations
and extracts; prepared, partly prepared and semi-prepared prepared meals, and delicatessen salads, all
made using meat and/or poultry and/or game and/or fish and/or seafood and/or vegetables aand/or

fruit soups; cream desserts made from milk products, cts, namely milk cream, cream, quark cream,
yoghurt cream, vegetable cream, fruit cream; gelling powder and gelling agents, in particular for
fruit; mousse, mainly from milk products and/or fruits; milk and milk products, including cream,
quark, fermented and unfermented cream for cooking, creme fraiche, yoghurt, kefir, fresh cheese;
all the aforesaid goods included in Class 29, where possible also in preserved, cooled or frozen form
and/or being dietetic foodstuffs; all included in Class 29.
