75 Series
FRAME CONSTRUCTION
Guest Model
• Frame constructed of exterior beech with joints double doweled
and glued for maximum joint stability
• Features a metal seat understructure for added strength
SEAT AND BACK CONSTRUCTION
High and Mid Back Models
•2 ½" of high grade polyurethane foam covers seat
• 9-ply inner, one piece molded plywood shell forms seat and back
• High back model consists of 1 ½" of high grade polyurethane foam on the lower back
and 2 ½" on the upper back
• Mid back model consists of 1 ½" of high grade polyurethane foam on the back
Guest Model
• 2" of high grade polyurethane foam covers a solid plywood seat panel
• 1" of high grade polyurethane foam covers a solid plywood back panel
CONTROL MECHANISM/LIFT
• The standard knee tilt mechanism features a heavy-duty adjustment tension spring for a variety of body sizes and
minimal rise of front seat edge. This allows the user’s feet to remain planted when chair is in reclining position
• The combination gas lift/tilt lock lever allows dual function with simple in/out movement for lockout and up/down
movement for height adjustment
BASE AND CASTERS
• Wood base features a standard five prong, rigid steel understructure to ensure long life
• Black and powder coated Satin Nickel Metallic bases feature reinforced nylon
• Black, hard double wheel casters, which work on multiple surfaces, are standard
• Black, soft double wheel casters are available for use on hard floors; upcharge applies to this option
• All National bases are tested to BIFMA standards using 2500 lb. force
ARMS
• Arms constructed of reinforced nylon available in black or powder coated Satin Nickel Metallic finish
• Arms are attached to seat and back with screws
• Arm pads are soft black polyurethane
UPHOLSTERY
• Gathering may result in upholstery due to the pillow back design
FINISH
• Wood models feature a catalyzed top coat that resists denting, peeling, and reactions to chemicals
• Can be cleaned with a damp cloth
• When specifying Natural finish, variation in color is acceptable due to the nature of beech wood characteristics
• Features our silver ion antimicrobial finish which inhibits the growth of bacteria and microbes
