National offers a diverse collection of surface materials as well as a Life
Cycle Management Program. This program includes our Essentials collection
and Discontinuation Policy to help make informed planning decisions.
Essentials Collection
Essentials is a collection that offers an established range of complementary
materials that integrate through National product lines. These harmonious,
classic surface materials have been proven over time and maximize choices
for long term standardization. This cohesive, easy-to-specify collection
consists of timeless designs and colors that vary from warm to cool tones.
Discontinuation Policy
National strives to give all business partners advanced notification of
surface materials that are scheduled for deletion. Efforts will be made to
support discontinued materials as specified in the deletion announcement.
Extended lead times and minimum order requirements may apply. Pricing
cannot be guaranteed.
Disclaimer
National will make every reasonable effort to maintain our commitments. If
surface material changes must occur due to unforeseen circumstances, we
will work with you on an alternative recommendation. National reserves the
right to cancel or make changes to standard products and surface materials.

Wood Finish Color Matching
Each piece of natural veneer offers unique texture and grain. Minor
variations in finish color and value may occur due to the natural
characteristics of wood. National carefully selects all materials used in every
product ensuring a commercially acceptable color and finish. Factors such
as aging and exposure to light alter finishes.
Fabric Color Matching
National will always ship a satisfactory commercial match on fabric.
Because of industry dye-lot variation, colors may not match exactly.
Fire Retardant Products
All National chairs currently meet California Technical Bulletin #117.
For California Technical Bulletin #133 requirements, contact customer service
for lead times and pages 12-15 for applicable fabrics. TB133 pricing is
