Admittance Procedures<br />

• Admittance is on a first-come, first-served basis and<br />

is subject to capacity limitations. All participants<br />

must obtain an admit slip from the Customer<br />

Service Desk to gain entry into all classes.<br />

• Admit slips will be issued up to 1 hour prior to the<br />

start time of the class.<br />

• Only ONE admit slip per person per class will be<br />

permitted.<br />

• The admit slip must be given to the instructor.<br />

• Please Note: <strong>Fitness</strong> members are given first priority<br />

for Power Cycling classes; space-permitting,<br />

pay-as-you-go/10 visit guests can participate.<br />

Pay-as-you-go/10 visit guests must wait<br />

5 minutes before the class starts in order to get<br />

admission.<br />

<strong>Fitness</strong> <strong>Class</strong> Descriptions<br />

Ball Body Drumster<br />

This 60 minute, total body workout uses the ball in every<br />

exercise. This class trains your entire body and makes your core<br />

hard as rock. All levels welcome.<br />

Body Blast<br />

This head to toe muscle conditioning class develops strength and<br />

muscular endurance for your core and periphery using a variety<br />

of resistance equipment and your own body weight.<br />

Boot Camp<br />

A full body workout for men and women of any fitness level!<br />

<strong>Class</strong>es may include strength training, circuit training, agility,<br />

obstacle courses, core stability, power drills, running or walking,<br />

and more!<br />

C3 Cardio Core Conditioning<br />

Elevated heart rates and bruning muscles. Enjoy the ride as your<br />

body composition is scientifically manipulated to produce that<br />

long, lean and carved appearance.<br />

Muscle Express<br />

Short on time or new to fitness? Try our 45 minute total body<br />

workout that challenges all muscles and fitness levels.<br />

<strong>Fitness</strong> <strong>Class</strong> Guidelines<br />

• Participants are requested to leave all personal<br />

belongings outside of the multi-purpose room.<br />

Lockers are available in the change rooms, and<br />

security lockers are available in the <strong>Fitness</strong> Centre.<br />

• Children are NOT allowed in the multi-purpose<br />

room during the class. You must be at least 14 years<br />

of age to participate in a class.<br />

• Street shoes are not permitted in the multi-purpose<br />

room.<br />

Power Cycling <strong>Class</strong> Guidelines<br />

• Participants should arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to<br />

allow for bike set up.<br />

• The following accessories are recommended: towel,<br />

water, and firm-soled running or cycling shoes. Bike<br />

shorts or gel seat covers are optional.<br />

Power Cycling (all levels)<br />

This class gives you a cardio cycling workout on stationary studio<br />

cycles. A great workout for any level.<br />

Power Cycling & Abs:<br />

A 10-minute abdominal session immediately follows each class.<br />

Spin & Sculp/Yoga<br />

This class offers 30 minutes of Power Cycling followed by deep<br />

breathing, flexibility and strength for any level.<br />

Yoga Fit<br />

Deep breathing exercises and a variety of body positions will<br />

improve flexibility and strength for any level.<br />

Zumba<br />

This cardio workout improves rhythm while strengthening and<br />

toning your body. The philosophy is simple: move, sweat, love<br />

the music and keep coming back for more!<br />
