Interception of Wire and Oral Communications for Law Enforcement Purposes

This regulation is not subject to the requirements
of AR 11–2. It does not contain
internal control provisions.
S u p p l e m e n t a t i o n . S u p p l e m e n t a t i o n o f
this regulation is permitted, but not required.
If supplements are issued, Army
Staff agencies and major Army commands
will furnish one copy of each supplement
t o H Q D A ( D A P E – H R E ) , W A S H D C
20310; other commands will furnish one
c o p y o f e a c h s u p p l e m e n t t o t h e n e x t
higher headquarters.
Interim changes. Users of this regulation
will not implement interim changes
unless the change document has been authenticated
by The Adjutant General. (Int
e r i m c h a n g e s e x p i r e 1 y e a r a f t e r
p u b l i c a t i o n d a t e . ) I f a f o r m a l p r i n t e d
change is not received by the time the
interim change expires, users will destroy
the interim change.
