regulation contains complex technical policies<br />

Interim changes. Users <strong>of</strong> this regulation<br />
will not implement interim changes<br />
unless the change document has been authenticated<br />
by The Adjutant General. (Int<br />

p u b l i c a t i o n d a t e . ) I f a f o r m a l p r i n t e d<br />
change is not received by the time the<br />
interim change expires, users will destroy<br />
