MINNEAPOLIS - CITY OF LAKES
A large metropolitan area with a small-town feel, Minneapolis is a
vibrant art and entertainment locale with its many renowned theatres
and playhouses. It owns the second-most theatre seats in
the country per capita behind only New York. Consistently noted as
one of the best cities in the nation to reside, Minneapolis is also
known for its outdoor activities with an elaborate park system and
numerous lakes within the city limits. The city has two distinct
areas. Downtown Minneapolis has a lively nightlife with something

Uptown Minneapolis is renowned for it urban culture with its trendy
boutiques and restaurants.
The Twin Cities are known as the business center of the Upper
Midwest and is the home to numerous Fortune 500 companies. A
very active community lives in the Twin Cities with its high air quality
and public safety.
