Scoring Instructions<br />

Point values are assigned as follows:<br />

Never = 0 Sometimes = 1 A Lot = 2<br />

Victim subscale: Items 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17,<br />

19, 20, <strong>and</strong> 22<br />

Bully subscale: Items 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16,<br />

18, <strong>and</strong> 21<br />

Items on each subscale are summed. The intended<br />

range for the Victim subscale is 0–24, with higher<br />

scores indicating more victimization. The intended<br />

range for the Bully subscale is 0–20, with higher<br />

scores indicating more bully perpetration.<br />
