Mushroom Head
1. Drill hole completely through wall. 2. Insert bolt through items to be fastened.
Fold wings completely back, then push
through hole until wings spring open.
3. Pull back to hold wings against inside wall while tightening with screw driver.
• For light to medium fastening in block, wallboard, plaster and hollow tile.
• Fully threaded machine screw with spring wing toggle head.
• Generous size of toggle head acts to spread the load over a maximum area.
