294. Housebreaking and burglary<br />
(1) Any person who–<br />
(a) breaks and enters any building, tent or vessel used as a human dwelling with intent to<br />
commit an <strong>of</strong>fence therein; or<br />
(b) having entered any building, tent or vessel used as a human dwelling with intent to<br />
commit an <strong>of</strong>fence therein or having committed an <strong>of</strong>fence in the building, tent or<br />
vessel, breaks out <strong>of</strong> it,<br />
is guilty <strong>of</strong> housebreaking and is liable to imprisonment for fourteen years.<br />
(2) If an <strong>of</strong>fence under this section is committed in the night, it is burglary and the <strong>of</strong>fender is<br />
liable to imprisonment for twenty years.<br />
295. Entering dwelling house with intent to commit <strong>of</strong>fence<br />
Any person who enters or is in any building, tent or vessel used as a human dwelling with<br />
intent to commit a an <strong>of</strong>fence therein, is guilty <strong>of</strong> an <strong>of</strong>fence, and liable to imprisonment for ten<br />
years and if the <strong>of</strong>fence is committed in the night, he is liable to imprisonment for fourteen<br />
years.<br />
296. Breaking into building and committing an <strong>of</strong>fence<br />
Any person who–<br />
(a) breaks and enters a school house, shop, warehouse, store, workshop, garage, <strong>of</strong>fice<br />
or counting house, or a building which is adjacent to a dwelling house and occupied<br />
with it but is not part <strong>of</strong> it, or any building used as a place <strong>of</strong> worship and commits an<br />
<strong>of</strong>fence therein;<br />
(b) having committed an <strong>of</strong>fence in any building referred to in paragraph (a) breaks out <strong>of</strong><br />
the building,<br />
is guilty <strong>of</strong> an <strong>of</strong>fence and is liable to imprisonment for ten years.<br />
297. Breaking into building with intent to commit an <strong>of</strong>fence<br />
Any person who breaks and enters a school house, shop, warehouse, store, workshop,<br />
garage, <strong>of</strong>fice or counting house, or a building which is adjacent to a dwelling house and<br />
occupied with it but is not part <strong>of</strong> it, or any building used as a place <strong>of</strong> worship, with intent to<br />
commit an <strong>of</strong>fence therein, is guilty <strong>of</strong> an <strong>of</strong>fence, and is liable to imprisonment for fourteen<br />
years.<br />
298. Being armed, etc., with intent to commit an <strong>of</strong>fence
