(2) Where the offence under subsection (1) of this section is committed to a child under the
age of ten years the offender shall be sentenced to life imprisonment.
155. Attempt to commit unnatural offences
Any person who attempts to commit any of the offences specified under section 154
commits an offence and shall on conviction be sentenced to imprisonment for a term of not less
than twenty years.

Indecent assault of boys under fourteen
(1) Any person who unlawfully and indecently assaults a boy under the age of fourteen years
is guilty of an offence and is liable to imprisonment for life.
(2) Where a charge for indecent assault under this section relates to a boy under the age of
fifteen years, it shall be no defence to the charge that he consented to the act of indecency.

Indecent practices between males
Any male person who, whether in public or private, commits any act of gross indecency with
another male person or procures another male person to commit any act of gross indecency
with him, or attempts to procure the commission of any such act by any male person, with
himself or with another male person, whether in public or private, is guilty of an offence and is
liable to imprisonment for five years.

Incest by males
(1) Any male person who has prohibited sexual intercourse with a female person, who is to
his knowledge his granddaughter, daughter, sister or mother, commits the offence of incest,
and is liable on conviction–
(a) if the female is of the age of less than eighteen years, to imprisonment for a term of
not less than thirty years;
(b) if the female is of the age of eighteen years or more, to imprisonment for a term of not
less than twenty years.
(2) It is immaterial that the sexual intercourse was had with the consent of the woman.
(3) A male person who attempts to commit an offence under this section is guilty of an
offence.
159. Order for guardianship
On the conviction before any court of any person of an offence under section 158, against
any woman under the age of twenty-one years, the court may divest the offender of all authority
