in section 81 are guilty <strong>of</strong> a felony and each <strong>of</strong> them is liable to imprisonment for seven years.<br />

83. Riotously interfering with railway, vehicle, etc.<br />

All persons are guilty <strong>of</strong> an <strong>of</strong>fence who being riotously assembled unlawfully and with force,<br />

prevent, hinder or obstruct the loading or unloading <strong>of</strong> any railway, vehicle or vessel, or the<br />

starting or transit <strong>of</strong> any railway or vehicle, or the sailing or navigating <strong>of</strong> any vessel, or<br />

unlawfully and with force board railway, vehicle or vessel with intent so to do.<br />

84. Going armed in public<br />

Any person who goes armed in public without lawful occasion in such a manner as to cause<br />

terror to any person is guilty <strong>of</strong> an <strong>of</strong>fence and his arms may be forfeited.<br />

85. Forcible entry<br />

Any person who, in order to take possession there<strong>of</strong>, enters on any land or tenements in a<br />

violent manner, whether the violence consists in actual force applied to any other person or in<br />

threats or in breaking open any house or in collecting an unusual number <strong>of</strong> people, is guilty <strong>of</strong><br />

forcible entry and, for the purposes <strong>of</strong> this section it is immaterial whether he is entitled to enter<br />

on the land or not:<br />

Provided that a person who enters upon lands or tenements, <strong>of</strong> his own but which are in the<br />

custody <strong>of</strong> his servant or bailiff does not commit the <strong>of</strong>fence <strong>of</strong> forcible entry.<br />

86. Forcible detainer<br />

Any person who, being in actual possession <strong>of</strong> land without colour <strong>of</strong> right, holds possession<br />

<strong>of</strong> it in a manner likely to cause a breach <strong>of</strong> the peace or reasonable apprehension <strong>of</strong> a breach<br />

<strong>of</strong> the peace against a person entitled by law to the possession <strong>of</strong> the land is guilty <strong>of</strong> forcible<br />

detainer.<br />

87. Affray<br />

Any person who takes part in a fight in a public place is guilty <strong>of</strong> an <strong>of</strong>fence and is liable to<br />

imprisonment for six months or to a fine not exceeding five hundred shillings.<br />

88. Challenge to fight a duel<br />

Any person who challenges another to fight a duel or attempts to provoke another to fight a<br />

duel or attempts to provoke any person to challenge another to fight a duel is guilty <strong>of</strong> an<br />

<strong>of</strong>fence<br />

89. Abusive language, brawling and threatening violence<br />

(1) Any person who–<br />

(a) uses obscene, abusive or insulting language to any other person in such a manner as
