Thank you for empowering significant pieces to the past 9½
years of my life’s journey! I have journals filled with all that God
has taught me and a life changed by all that I have experienced in
living out His call toward life being restored to His original design
and purposes.
Please know that in terms of geography and passion I’M
NOT GOING ANYWHERE! The Board of Directors and I continue
to work on a plan for Human Needs Network. Details will be surfacing
as we have them. I encourage you to keep your eyes and ears
open for Love God, Serve as a local missions strategy combining several
of our initiatives as well as leveraging some past experience.
I am also engaging in several other arenas, including a coaching and
facilitating business: Be-cause, LLC – A Way to Live. A Way to Work.
A Way to Give. The broader focus of this work is to help congregations,
businesses, non-profits, families and individuals find clarity of
and through their “Why?.” We then take a hard look at the real
investments of time, energy and money and determine whether or
not they are truly moving toward the success of that vision.
God is so good!! He really is! Bask in His goodness! Be faithful to HIS
calling and vision! Become a life restoring presence in the whole of
this world He created and entrusted to us!!

Eric Metaxas Is Back!

Eric Metaxas is the author of two New York Times bestselling biographies, Bonhoeffer: Pastor, Martyr,
Prophet, Spy and Amazing Grace: William Wilberforce and the Heroic Campaign to End Slavery.
Bonhoeffer was named the Evangelical Christian Publishers Association’s Christian Book of the Year.
Metaxas received the 2011 Canterbury Medal, the Becket Fund’s highest honor in recognition of
courage in defense of religious liberty.
Both lectures will center on William Wilberforce with Q&A following. Various books by Eric Metaxas
available for purchase at both lectures. Book signing following lecture on Sunday evening.

12/01/12- “Beit Midrash” 6:30 PM Remember that Jesus observed the Feast of Dedication (Chanukah):John 10:22 & 23. We will
be learning of and celebrating this day of Dedication. Also called the Festival of Lights, the Lord did a miracle of ex
tending the supply of oil to keep the lights burning in the Temple for 8 days. Rabbi Andy Barnett will be giving a
teaching concerning the coming days and how God will be preparing His people. Everyone is invited to come and
share a family style fellowship and Oneg with Latkes (traditional food) Citadel Square Baptist Church, 328 Meeting
