In accordance with the terms of our engagement we have compiled the financial accounts of
Mablethorpe Chrisitian Fellowship from the accounting records and information and explanations you
have given to us.
This report is made to you, in accordance with the terms of our engagement. Our work has been
undertaken so that we might compile the accounts that we have been engaged to compile, report to
you that we have done so, and state those matters that we have agreed to state to you in this report
and for no other purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not assume responsibility to
anyone other than you, for our work, or this report.
We have carried out this engagement in accordance with technical guidance issued by The Institute of
Certified Bookkeepers and have complied with the ethical guidance laid down by the Institue.
You have approved the accounts for the year ended 31st December 2012 and have acknowledged
your responsibility for them, for the appropriateness of the accounting basis and for providing all
information and explanations necessary for their compilation.
We have not verified the accuracy or completeness of the accounting records or information and
explanations you have given to us and we do not, therefore, express any opinion on the financial
information.

TO THE TRUSTEES OF MABLETHORPE CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP
FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31ST DECEMBER 2012
I report on the accounts of the Charity for the year ended 31st December 2012, which are set out
on page 5 to 10.
As a charity's trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts; you consider that
the audit requirement of section 43(2) of the Charities Act 1993 (the Act) does not apply. It is my
responsibility to state, on the basis of procedures specified in the General Directions given by the
Charity Commissioners under section 43(7)(b) of the Act, whether particular matters have come to
my attention.
My examination was carried out in accordance with the general directions given by the Charity
Commissioners. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity
and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of
any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as trustees
concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that
would be required in an audit, and consequently I do not express an audit opinion on the view
given by the accounts.
Which gives me reasonable cause to believe that in any material respect the requirements
* to keep accounting records in accordance with section 41 of the Act; and
to prepare accounts which accord with the accounting records and to comply with the

accounting requirements of the Act have not been met; or
To which, in my opinion, attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding
of the accounts to be reached.
