Entries: Final entries shall be sent not later than 25 th November, 2012.
Playing System: Junior Teams
JB – FPTM2012
A junior team consists of 3 players. A match consists of 5 singles
games.
The order of play shall be: A v X, B v Y, C v Z, A v Y, B v X and
the match shall end when a team has won 3 individual matches,
each the best of 5 games.
Cadet Teams
A cadet team shall consist of 2, 3, or 4 players.
The order of play shall be: A v X, B v Y, the doubles, A v Y, B v X
and the match shall end when a team has won 3 individual
matches, each the best of 5 games.
When a country enters two (2) teams, the team “A” will be the
highest total according with the last ITTF U18 and U15 Ranking.
In first stage the teams events will be played in groups. The
second stage will be played in K.O. System in order to get a final
position for each team.
Singles
In first stage the single events will be played in groups. The
second stage will be played in K.O. System. All the matches will be
best of 5 games.
After the final entry (Definitive Entry Form), a player entered in a
single class event can not be allowed to change for another single
class event.

Hospitality: The players and officials will be accommodated at Hotel Porta
Nova and the prices are:
Single Room 90 € person / night
Double Room 75 € person / night
Triple Room 70 € person / night

These prices include:
Transfer from Faro Airport to the Hotel and vice – versa;
Transportation from the Hotel to Venue and vice-versa;
Meals
Seeding-Lists: According to the last available ITTF Ranking U18 and U15.
Trophies: Trophies shall be given to the winning teams.
Medals shall be presented to all members, including non-playing
captains, of teams placed 1st, 2nd and 3rd position. In the single
events, medals shall be presented to the winners, runners-up and
loosing semi-finalists.
A trophy shall be awarded to the country that will achieve the best
results in the ensemble of the events.
Umpires: All matches will be officiating by qualified umpires.
One third of the total number of umpires will be supplied by foreign
Associations.
Rules: The event will be conducted in accordance with the current Laws of
Table Tennis and the Regulations for International Competitions.
Visa: Please check if you need visa for travelling to Portugal. We will
send a named invitation on request.

costs: Hospitality costs can to be paid upon arrival when the
accreditation is made or in advance by bank transfer in EURO
