found lurking everywhere, and are a great<br />

menace to <strong>the</strong> population as <strong>the</strong>y feed<br />

on cattle and humans alike. Common<br />

men and women sacrifice to <strong>the</strong> temple<br />

<strong>of</strong> Zath in hopes <strong>of</strong> placating <strong>the</strong> spidergod<br />

to avoid encounters with <strong>the</strong>se giant<br />

spiders.<br />

normal monstrous spider <strong>of</strong> its size. All<br />

temple spiders are <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> hunting variety<br />

(meaning <strong>the</strong>y move faster, but cannot<br />

use <strong>the</strong>ir webs as weapons <strong>the</strong> way webspinners<br />
