Four color Process
Four color process screen
printing is similar to magazine
printing.
Yellow, Magenta, Cyan, and
Black are used to create a
multitude of colors.
Best printing is obtained on
white shirts, and very light
neutral shirts.
4/C Process inks are very
transparent to allow the colored
dots to combine to make
secondary and tertiary colors.
4/C Process on blacks is very
difficult by hand and almost
impossible on an automatic
press. Quite often a discharge
base is used if printing on black.
