These installations not only produce energy but also fulfil functions of the outer building layer. In such installations a good quality of the mounting system is very important. In a first step a concept was worked out how the quality of mounting-systems with view to several aspects as statics, water-resistance, etc. shall be checked. The discussion among several involved universities and other key persons leaded to the proposed building of a working group. The working group BiSolNet (competence network among several universities) shall be active in research and development, quality assurance and certification, information, studies. The definition of the test procedures with international coordination shall be one of the first projects. Seite 237 von 288
Einleitung / Projektziele Solaranlagen können ins Gebäude integriert werden. Sie werden so zum Teil des Gebäudes und haben damit auch Funktionen der Gebäudehülle zu übernehmen. Für diverse Gebäudehüllenaspekte wie Wasserdichte, Brandschutz, Statik gibt es nationale und internationale Normen, welche eingehalten werden müssen. Die vorgesehene Schaffung eines Kompetenzzentrums „Gebäudeintegration von Solaranlagen“ soll der Qualitätssicherung dienen und die Zertifizierung von Systemen zur Integration von Solaranlagen ermöglichen. In einer ersten Konzeptphase soll geklärt werden, wie dieses Kompetenzzentrum organisiert werden soll. Kurzbeschrieb des Projekts Auf dem Gebiet der Photovoltaik und Solarthermik gibt es in der Schweiz bereits einige Kompetenzzentren. In Hinblick auf die Untersuchung von Aspekten der Gebäudeintegration von Solaranlagen sollen die vorhandenen Ressourcen dieser Kompetenzzentren genutzt werden. Die Konzeptphase diente somit der Klärung folgender Teilaufgaben: � Klarlegung der institutionellen Verankerung eines möglichen Kompetenzzentrums „Gebäudeintegration von Solaranlagen“ an der Hochschule Luzern � Klarlegung des Bezugs zu Brenet (nationales Kompetenznetzwerk Gebäudetechnik und � Erneuerbare Energien) und weiterer Fachhochschulen Klarlegung des Prüfverfahrens zu den einzelnen Aspekten � Festlegung der verantwortlichen Instanzen für die einzelnen Aspekte � Aufzeigen des Ablaufs der Prüfungen dieser Anforderungen � Abschätzung des Aufwands (Ressourcen und Finanzen) für die verschiedenen durchzuführenden Prüfungen Durchgeführte Arbeiten und erreichte Ergebnisse Im Rahmen der Konzeptphase fanden mit den Verantwortlichen der bestehenden Kompetenzzentren und mit einigen weiteren Solarexperten Besprechungen zur beabsichtigten Schaffung eines Kompetenzzentrums statt. Da die Scuola Universitaria Professionale della Svizzera Italiana (SUPSI) in Canobbio sehr aktiv auf dem Gebiet der Gebäudeintegration ist, fanden hier mehrere ausführliche Besprechungen zwischen diesen Experten und den Verantwortlichen der Hochschule Luzern statt. Unter anderem wurde an etlichen Sitzungen auch über die mögliche Prüfweise des jeweiligen Integrationsaspektes gesprochen. Die Forderung, dass das Prüfverfahren möglichst internationale Anerkennung finden sollte, führte zum Wunsch nach umfangreicheren Abklärungen. Auf breite Akzeptanz stiess von Anfang an die Absicht, dass die vorgesehenen Aktivitäten im Rahmen des Kompetenznetzwerks Brenet stattfinden sollen. Als Resultat der intensiv geführten Diskussionen wird nun in Bezug auf Art. 11 des Brenetstatus die Gründung einer Arbeitsgruppe mit dem Namen Building Integrated Solar Network (BiSolNet) vorgeschlagen. Diese Arbeitsgruppe soll auf folgenden Gebieten tätig sein: � Forschung und Entwicklung im Rahmen der Integration von Solartechnologien in der bebauten Umwelt � Zertifizierung und Qualitätssicherung von Solarsystemen im Hinblick auf die Gebäudeintegration � Informationen über Solarsysteme und Integrationskonzepte (Webseite) � Aus- und Weiterbildung über Solarsysteme Die vorgesehene Qualitätssicherung und Zertifizierung von Integrationssystemen soll als wichtigstes Projekt der Arbeitsgruppe BiSolNet weiterverfolgt werden. Der Bericht zum Konzept weist erste Ideen zum Prüfverfahren der einzelnen Integrationsaspekte auf. Das Verfahren soll nun präzisiert und international koordiniert bearbeitet werden..
