The transmission spectra of the InxSy films deposited on SLG from powder-A and powder-B are<br />

presented in Fig. 5. No significant difference in transmission behavior of films deposited from the two<br />

powders was observed. The optical transmission of as-grown ~30 nm thin InxSy film was found to be<br />

70-90% above 500 nm, while ~ 60 nm thin layer was 50-70% transparent above 450 nm. The effect of<br />

in-situ post-buffer deposition vacuum annealing (PBDVA) on the transmission behavior was also<br />

studied on films deposited from powder-B. The InxSy layers evaporated from powder-B were found to<br />

be optically stable as no significant change in the transmission behavior was noticed.<br />
