of the Project and the prepar<strong>at</strong>ion of the <strong>Draft</strong> <strong>EA</strong>. <strong>NASA</strong> will consider public comments on the<br />
<strong>Draft</strong> <strong>EA</strong> in preparing the Final <strong>EA</strong>. The Final <strong>EA</strong> is planned for completion in the summer of<br />
2010. A Notice of Availability will be published in local newspapers to ensure th<strong>at</strong> interested<br />
persons and organiz<strong>at</strong>ions are aware of the document’s progress.<br />
