An early walk by <strong>the</strong> lively shore,<br />
Prints grew long as my bare feet trod.<br />
The tide rushed in like a savage beast,<br />
It showed <strong>its</strong> claws and swallowed <strong>the</strong> cliffs.<br />
Ano<strong>the</strong>r one swept quietly in,<br />
Embraced <strong>the</strong> sands spread on <strong>the</strong> ground.<br />
The beautiful bright blue diamond,<br />
Lying here alone shining,<br />
Under <strong>the</strong> yielding yellow yolk of light.<br />
I went away and left <strong>the</strong> place<br />
Without a sound<br />
As morning slowly crept in.
