Acceptance
By signing this part of this Acceptance, the Employer accepts the Contractor’s Offer. In consideration thereof,
the Employer shall pay the Contractor the amount due for the due fulfilment of the contract. Acceptance of the
Contractor’s Offer shall form an Agreement and a binding contract between the Employer and the Contractor.
This Agreement comes into effect on the date when the Contractor receives one completed original of this
document.
